Welcome to the FLCBA web site!
The
Florida Creditors Bar Association (FLCBA) was founded in 1997 to promote the practice of creditors' rights law.
Our mission is to elevate the practice of collection law and creditors' rights. We provide our members with
educational programs, opportunities for networking, a forum for an open exchange of ideas on issues, and to discuss pertinent
issues currently being faced in the areas of collection law and creditor's rights. The FLCBA strives to promote
legislation and court rules to strengthen and improve the judicial system for the advancement of creditors' rights.
FLCBA members have access to a Listserv so that members can exchange ideas and communicate on
topics such as changes in the law, court rulings and industry services. In addition, members will receive a monthly
e-bulletin publication, access to member only information on the new FLCBA website and educational opportunities through annual
meetings and seminars on relevant and practical topics in creditors' rights law.

- The FLCBA 2011
Annual Conference (August 4th & 5th at the Gaylord Palm Resort in Orlando) was by all accounts a huge success. Featured
sessions included "Get what your Want" by Eyal Ronen of CLS Human Capital, LLC, FDCPA and FCCPA Update by Ronald
Cantor and David Hartnett, Florida Legislative Update by Jim Daughton and A View from the Bench with a panel of County Court
Judges. It was a great opportunity for members to obtain Continuing Legal Education credit for the Florida Bar, while
learning from each other.
